How to register

We are delighted to welcome any new patients to Auchtermuchty Health Centre. If you wish to register with the Practice, you need to call into the surgery and speak to Reception. They will provide you with a 'Registration Pack' and explain the procedure to you. You DO need to have a New Patient Check using our Self Check Room. If you have any ongoing medical requirements, an appointment will need to be booked with a General Practitioner.
